The Common Law and Advanced Electronic Signatures provide the Only Credible Hope of reconciling the need for Inflation Control, Economic Growth and Poverty Relief. In 1998 the UK got the World Lead. The Profit Plan was On Line Services. The Defence Plan was Source Code Secrecy. The European Leaders made a Private Profit Plan. It needed Source Code Theft, Forced Usage throughout the European Union and Usage Licence Fees for the Source Code Thieves. Prime Minister Mr Blair was the Plan Manager. Barclays Bank Group Board were the Theft Agents. They did it badly and the Concealment Fraud badly. European Leaders used Market Exclusion Frauds against the Advanced Electronic Signature Technology. Now, the Developed Economies need an Economic Stimulus that the Common Law and Advanced Election Signatures can deliver.
