Best Advice + Polite Request for the Harassment Claim Fraud CM25F90597 Surprise Unexplained Hearing on 16^th June 2025 for the Contempt Remedy + Parental Custody Application by Citizen Mr Akwasi Nkrumah for the Stated Reasons:

1. On the evidence available the Family Case Frauds on 14^th May 2025 got a Confidence Collapse by Essex Police. Someone needed something done. They did not trust anyone else to do it.
2. Essex Police created the Alleged Blackmail Investigation 42 90787 23 or revived it after 2 years’ inactivity. A No Help Request by Essex Police or a Help Refusal by the Metropolitan explains a decision to make a Voluntary Co-operation Request of Citizen Mr Nkrumah. They did not use the Contact Details on the Public Gallery Case File for a Request Telephone Call or a Request Email. They used 3 Essex Officer on the night of Sunday 8^th June 2025 to go 10 miles into the Metropolitan Police Area for a Surprise Visit to his mother. She is aged and in Kidney Transplant Recovery. Mr Nkrumah was not there. They pretended the need to ask her for the Contact Details they had on Public Gallery Case File. They pretended the need to ask a Neighbour to act as Co-operation Request Message Agent. They did not leave. One Officer sat in the car and made an Instructions Request Call to Superior Officers, and two were Unpleasant Company for the Aged Mother. An Event Report by the Aged Mother got Immediate Co-operation by Citizen Mr Nkrumah and a Voluntary Interview by Citizen Mr Nkrumah in the Reception Area Interview Room late on Sunday night and early on Monday morning.
3. An explanation of the history will help the reader. In June 2021, in Southend-on-Sea Magistrates Court, Motor Trial Judge used Trial Frauds. The Victim had Legal Assistance from Citizen Mr Nkrumah, who had a Good Defence Plan. The Trial Judge made a Legal Assistance Denial Order + Representation Bench Vacation Order against Citizen Mr Nkrumah to isolate the Victim. Citizen Mr Nkrumah took a seat in the Public Gallery. The Trial Fraud Victim continued the Defence Case Plan. It outraged the Trial Judge. He rose, left the Court Room, went into the Judge’s Chamber. A Public Gallery Clearance Order Fraud by the Trial Judge got immediate service by Essex Police and an Assault Framing Fraud against Citizen Mr Nkrumah. It was a Poisonous Case. The Proof Positive is Court Frauds by Essex Magistrates that include a Case Transfers from Essex to Hertfordshire, more Magistrates Court Frauds that ended with a Crown Court Committal Fraud, a No Jurisdiction Finding + Remedy Denial Frauds by the Crown Court Committees used Case Transfer Frauds from St Albans to Chelmsford and then Basildon. It got more Crown Court Frauds and a Crime Summons Application by Citizen Mr Nkrumah against the Arrest Fraud Officer. It got Case Denial Fraud Proof against the Law Courts. In 2023 a Confidence Collapse by the Crown Court got a Case Transfer from Basildon to Snaresbrook where it has Case Reference 2023 1180. In May 2024 it, and Connected Case 2022 0043, got an Adjournment Order to an unknown date in 2026.
4. Essex Police claim that an Internet Scam Email in 2023 got a Witness Intimidation + Blackmail Complaint by the Public Gallery Arrest Fraud Officer and it was given Investigation Number 42 90787 23. Citizen Mr Nkrumah insisted on Body Cam Records by the Interview Officers + All Others. They could not explain No Investigation Activity from 2023 to 2025. They pretended that the Crime Prosecution Summons by Citizen Mr Nkrumah raised Reasonable Suspicions he was the Internet Scammer. Identity Requests + Investigation Reference Requests got Disclosure Refusals and Intimidating Behaviour by the Interview Officers and Other Officers until a Confidence Collapse got a Disclosure Permit from a Senior Officer, Officer Names and Reference Number 42 90787 23. He gave a Complaint Intent Notice and Evidence Preservation Demand.
