In 2023, King Charles negotiated the World War III Peace Plan for Democratic States. The G7 December Summit got the Agreement Signatures. It got Corruption Remedy Test Case State for the UK and Test Manager Status for the Coronation Oath Enforcement Authority. The Parliament Sessions Court manages the Top-Level Cases. The Law Courts Court manages Lower-Level Cases. In 2026 the Test Case reached the Fraud Damage Indemnity Claims for the State against Fraud Managers and Fraud Profiteers. It took UK Politicians by surprise. They are beginning to realise that Indemnity Claim Failures created a Power Vacuum that anyone can fill. There are many thousand State Officers and Law Officer who want Safe Conditions to give Fraud Evidence. They prefer to give it for Indemnity Claims of the State than Remedy Claims of Individual Victims.
In September 2025, the Top Financiers, who were the Sex Evidence Customers of the Blackmail Business managed by Lord Mandelson, took control of the UK Protection Fraud Network. Asset Forfeitures against them will finance Debt Reduction of many of the Peace Plan States. The Commonwealth States need to be Peace Plan Signatories to share that.
