The Judge Dismissal Execution Failure on Monday 14^th July 2025 was a Protection Fraud by the Cabinet. It gave the County Court the confidence for the Trust Case Secret Hearing Fraud Notice on Tuesday 15^th July 2025 to Citizen Victim Mr Sood. The Framing Fraud 2023 0058 Case Collapse Thursday 17^th July 2025 got the Desperate Case Revival Efforts by the Appeal Judge and Rape and Sex Assault Framing Fraud 01YE1544123 Charge Print for Postal Service on Citizen Mr Katsiaounis on Friday 18^th July 2025. All of it got the Restraint Breach Framing Fraud Order from Cabinet Officers and immediately after the 2023 0058 Trial, and Arrest Fraud on Monday 21^st July 2025 by the 2023 0058 Arrest Officers.

On Sunday 27^th July 2025 got a 2^nd Statement from the Nkrumah Children’s Paternal Grand Mother. She does not know whether or how to respond to Electronic Messages from the Grand Children because the Chronically Immature Mother used their Electronic Devices for the Restraint Breach Framing Fraud against the Citizen Father.

On Monday 28^th July 2025 at 11.56 the Equity Lawyer received an Unsolicited Whatsap Message that purports to be from the Chronically Immature Mother.

Restraint Breach Framing Fraud 01KG123075 got a Remand Custody Fraud against Citizen Mr Nkrumah. He made a Custody Telephone Call to his mother. She had two Kidney Transplants. The first failed and left her with a Painful Bone Disease. She finds it hard to concentrate. She did not get or remember the Remand Prison.

Best Advice that Citizen Beneficiary Father Mt Sham Sood file the B01BO837 + M01RM078 Appeal Papers. The Cabinet required Blatant Fraud Commitment Proof from the Judiciary before the Dismissal Failure Protection Fraud.  The Secret Hearing Fraud on 9^th June 2025 was one of the Blatant Frauds. The Print Date of 1^st July 2025 and the Notice Date of 15^th July 2025 evidences the County Court withheld the Secret Fraud Proof from Citizen Beneficiary Father Mr Sood until they had the Dismissal Failure Protection Fraud Proof.

It prevents him attending the Family Court Hearing tomorrow.  

The International Agreement for Remedy Enforcement against Fraud Profiteers creates a need for the Signatory States to set Case Management Co-operation Precedents for the Law Courts. The Candidate Representatives need to complete Property Discovery to fill in the UK Inheritance Tax Accounts and an Inheritance Tax Clearance Certificate to get a UK Probate Grant. Cyprus is likely to have similar controls. The Probate Contest Settlement Proposals enable Candidate Representatives, Beneficiaries and Liability Claimants to manage Risk Controls, Costs Controls, Speed Administration and Early Distribution. The Beneficiaries might not understand it. Enquiries by the Candidate Lawyer Representative are likely to get Fraud Claim Risk Denials from the Cyprus State Officers. The International Agreement Signatories will want Indemnity Precedents for them against Corrupt Officers. Selecting the Family Case CM25F90597 <family.chelmsford.countycourt@justice.gov.uk> did not allow addition of it to the Royal Commission Public Domain Address List, gave no reason, but generated another email with it as the addressee for a Royal Commission Email to the Family Court alone.   

Apologies from Citizen Mr Nkrumah for misremembering the Family Court Hearing Date, which he now thinks is on Thursday 24^th July 2025.  

Polite Request that Citizens Mr Say and Mr Sood bring this email and the  attached Defence + Counter Charge to the attention of the Custody Court and Defence Lawyer and ask the Defence Lawyer for a Case Email Address.

The Framing Fraud used Evidence Concealment Frauds + Interpretation Frauds + Personal Injury Fabrication Frauds + Criminal Damage Fabrication Frauds.  

Immediately after the 2023 0058 Trial the Fraud Conspirators used a Restraint Breach Framing fraud Arrest to stop Citizen Mr Nkrumah appearing at the Family Court CM2590597 Hearing on 22^nd July 2025 and making Child Care Applications.
