2. A No Case Records Claim by Worcester magistrates Court is Forgery Proof against the Council Tax Liability Order Certificate dated 12^th April 2024 produced by Worcester Council.
3. The Royal Commission + Investigation 01 YE 15441 23 + Hustings Negligence Claim + Taxation Fraud Lead Case + West Mercia Budget Fraud Complaint Email at 17 17 on 5^th August 2024 to All MPs and many others got Bounce Emails from All 32 Worcester City Councillors but No Bounce and No Acknowledgement from the Chief Officers.
4. Tax Raising by Worcester City Council contributes to Tax Spending by West Mercia Police Area Councils. It gets a Fraud Control Responsibility for All Councillors in the West Mercia Police Area.
5. The Investigation 01 YE 15441 23 Additional Evidence Notice + Taxation fraud Complaint got No Acknowledgment from the Metropolitan Police.  

The Best Advice is that:

1. Hereford Councillors give notice to All West Mercia Councillors they have a duty to obtain the Royal Commission Email + attachments from the Worcester City Council Chief Officers.
2. All West Mercia Police Area Councillors ask All MPs to help them achieve Effective Accountability for the Profession Governance Frauds, Police Frauds, Court Frauds and Taxation Frauds.

Please explain why the Hereford County Councillor Details List has no email address for Councillor Aubrey Oliver.

Please inform the Lord Lieutenant of Shropshire that access to the email address needed use of an application that was not available to computer users in Chelmsford City Library.
