LATE NOTICE + SIGNATURE DEFICIT + UNSIGNED DOCUMENT FILING REASONS are that:

The Integrity Test needed the Equity Lawyer to have Case Papers and Hearing Notices. It needed the Equity Lawyer to choose the Optimum Time for a Fraud Unfitness Complaint to the Profession Authority against the Defence Law2yers. Unfitness Complaint Interpreter Mr Say did not provide the F02ED793 Judgement Order or Judgment Revocation Application Papers or the Hearing Notice for 27th May 2021. Late on 25th May 2021 Citizen Mr Hastunc discovered the Briefing Failure. An Anxious Mobile Phone Call at 22.53 from Citizen Mr Hastunc was the hearing Notice to the Equity Lawyer. He asked for the Case Information and received an Incomplete Set. Between 3.00 and 5.00 the Equity Lawyer produced the Agency Termination Notice + In Person Acting Notice + Statement and emailed it. He amended it later in the morning and produced the Profession Unfitness Complaint.

3.       The Equity Lawyer asked Citizen Mr Hastunc to print, sign, scan and email the documents. Citizen Mr Hastunc insisted on visiting the Equity Lawyer and signing the documents when he arrived. Both of them expected a Royal Commission Email to file and serve the Signed Statement Scan + Signed Complaint Scan by about 15.30. A Road Traffic Accident stopped the Visit Journey.

4.       Chronic Stress prevents Corruption Victims from doing Simple Things like Print + Sign + Scan + Email.

5.       Fraud Conspiracies against Own Client by Case Lawyers causes Extreme Stress.

6.       The Integrity Test relied on Hearing Early Notice + Early Action as a Stress Control.

7.       The Equity Lawyer has Kidney Failure Dialysis Treatment on 27th May 2021 he will be at Broomfield Hospital from 7.00 to 12.00 or thereabouts and will then walk to his accommodation 4 miles. In the circumstances, the best he can do is File and Serve the Statement + Complaint.
